My wife says that the breakfast setup was a bit chaotic.

Good and exceptional location for our needs, next to the lake-look, Cavan for a family gathering, and lake shore. Spotless and airy rooms & large bathrooms.

A good choice of gorgeous food for meals. Bright, huge rooms and excellent amenities. Incredible and amazing location, next to the lake. Based just off a restaurant as well as a poorly kept pier.

Can just recommend for a quick trip

Comfortable room, convenient amenities, with a very powerful shower in the ensuite and lovely toiletries, made for a refreshing experience after a long day exploring the surrounding areas.

The spacious bedroom with a king-size bed offered one of the most comfortable nights I've ever experienced. Breakfast was a highlight, with local jams, plenty of fresh fruit, and scrumptious coffee. The hotel visibly needs redecoration, as the dark interiors detract from its potential. The staff at reception could benefit from improved customer service training, as the check-in process was lacking in communication.

I spent one night in a Superior Double Room at Lakeside Manor. The sunrise view of the lake from my room was amazing. The bed felt big and comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The toiletries provided were lovely. Breakfast served the next day offered a fantastic variety, with fresh fruit and delicious pastries that were hard to resist. I really appreciated the friendly staff who were always attentive. The outside area of the hotel had some rough spots, like a few potholes in the parking lot. The ambiance inside felt a bit outdated and could use refreshing. I encountered some issues with the WiFi connectivity , frustrating. The breakfast setup got a little chaotic as it was busy that morning, leading to some delays and miscommunication about cutlery. Still, the location next to the lake makes it worth a visit, but I hope they can address these points .

The hotel offers amazing views of the lake, especially from the dining area upstairs, a perfect spot for breakfast. The family room was generously sized and equipped with Netflix. The service was commendable, with staff accommodating our requests with genuine warmth (really appreciated that!).

One area for improvement would be the noise levels, as the room had an adjoining door that allowed some disturbance from neighboring guests (not a pleasant experience).

The staff were really nice too accommodate us. They allowed us to check in early and left us a good breakfast pack for our early flight, complete with fruit, yoghurt, cheese, and pastry. The decor was charmingly quirky, and the room was spacious with comfortable amenities.

The drinks are on the expensive side in the bar.

The room was super spacious and really clean. Loved how comfy the king size bed was! The in-room breakfast was a nice touch, but it took a bit longer than expected to arrive. The staff were friendly, made everything better. Just a heads up that there's no dining open late if you're hungry after a long day.

This place is fairly clean with very hospitable staff members and beautiful lake views, offering plenty of outstanding food, providing a very pleasant overall experience.
